For private tennis and pickleball clubs

Your courts, booked. Your front desk, free.

Members book their own courts from their phone, any hour of the day. Every booking lands straight on the court sheet, with no double bookings. Nobody has to call to get a court, so your staff can look after the people in the building instead of the phone.

Free to set up. Up to 128 courts, unlimited members.

  1. A member books on their phone

They pick a court and a time from any phone or computer browser.

  2. It lands on the court sheet

The booking holds the court right away. Two people can't book the same court at the same time.

  3. The desk sees it

Staff see the whole day on one court sheet, and can move or cancel any booking.

A Saturday at the club

Saturday mornings, sorted.

  1. 7:00 a.m.

    Booking opens.

Members grab the 9:00 doubles slots from their phones the moment booking opens. Every booking lands on the court sheet right away. Two people can't book the same court at the same time.

  2. 8:30 a.m.

    A visitor finds you.

Someone in town for the weekend wants a court. They open your club's booking page and see every open court, time, and price without calling.

Coming soon: visitors book and pay your club by card online.

  3. 11:30 a.m.

    Rain.

The desk closes the outdoor courts for the afternoon in a few clicks. Nobody books a wet court.

  4. Tuesday, 6:00 p.m.

    Doubles, every week.

The desk books the Tuesday group once, for up to 12 Tuesdays in a row. One week off? Move or cancel just that one.

Tennis and pickleball

Tennis and pickleball, same courts, zero clashes.

Court 4 can be tennis, pickleball, or both. A pickleball booking at 10:00 holds the court for tennis too, so nobody walks out to find it taken. Each sport can have its own rate.

Peak hours

Saturday at 9:00 isn't Tuesday at 2:00.

Price each court by sport, by length, and by time of day, with a little extra for peak hours. Pick how far ahead members can book, how much notice you need, and how long a booking can run. Then let the phone stay quiet.
